The Rules:

• Work with a collaborator.
• Incorporate a live element and the implicate the audience.
• Do not use recorded sound and images at the same time.
• There must be an act of exchange.
• Include a sound from Sheffield.

Participating Artists:

• Iain Forsyth
• Jane Pollard

Forsyth and Pollard began working collaboratively at Goldsmiths, graduating together in 1995. They are perhaps best known as artists who create re-enactments of cultural and art historical events and documents. Their work is an enquiry into the mechanics of liveness, repetition, reception and recollection.

Iain and Jane collaborated with comedian Iain Lee for this project. Lee is perhaps best known for his work on Channel 4's The 11 O'Clock Show. www.iainlee.com
